PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Kuroshio is a dramatic, large-scale ocean wave pattern collection inspired by the sweeping energy of Japanese woodblock printmaking – reinterpreted through a contemporary, painterly lens for luxury interior and surface design applications. Named after the powerful Pacific current that shaped both Japanese maritime culture and its art, the design captures the raw movement and architectural grandeur of crashing waves with remarkable tonal depth and linework detail.
Available in five sophisticated colourways – forest green, ink navy, dusty teal, antique gold, and ivory – each variation carries a distinct mood, from moody and dramatic to serene and ethereal. The palette has been carefully considered for interior applications, with each colourway sitting naturally within both classic and contemporary design schemes.
Designed primarily as a luxury wallpaper print, Kuroshio is equally suited to upholstery fabric, home décor textiles, premium packaging, stationery, and high-end surface design projects. The half-drop repeat tiles seamlessly at 104 × 52 cm, and the fully layered, colour-separated file structure allows precise recolouring – each colour sits on its own layer with a solid colour swatch, editable with a single double-click in Photoshop or Affinity Photo.
